Server:
 OS: OES_YaST_GM(JP) + novell-ncp.i386.rpm
 Set parameter of Server:
 1. /etc/opt/novell/ncpserv.conf 　LOCAL_CODE_PAGE CP932
 2. Locale Setting for user root　 YaST → System → choose language
→Japanese→ details → ctype Only → yes

Client:
 OS: Win2K SP4(JP)+IE6 SP1(JP)

Details:
 1. copy the plenty of files and folders to directory of ifolder3.
 2. In the task bar, double-click the iFolder3 application icon to open the
iFolder3 client.
 3. In the list of iFolders, select the iFolder, then click Sync and until the operation was fininshed.
 4. logon to ifolder3 http://ip/ifolder by IE as same user with step3.
 5. Access the folders and files

Result:
you can find the some files cannot be seen by IE. but they exist in locale directory. in ohter words. they have not been synchronized successfully.

Using the testdata to verify it in the OES2 SP2 beta4.8 build,it is fixed.

I've verified this bug in OES11Sp1 RC3 and it seems still reproducible.

Client OS:
en_US: Windows XP Pro SP3 English with Asian language support installed
ja_JP: Windows XP Pro SP3 Japanese

Server OS:
OES11SP1 RC3 installed in zh_TW

Test Data:
I've re-saved Test Data from comment #1 and attach re-saved Test Data to this bug (comment #8)

Result:
en_US:
Number of files/folders doesn't match between local folder and iFolder.
In fact none of the files have been uloaded to iFolder. Few folders are missing in iFolder.

ja_JP:
Number of files/folders doesn't match between local folder and iFolder.
Some files are missing in iFolder.
Few folders are missing in iFoder.
