What is your hardware? Yeah that would be a smart piece of info to include. Motherboard: Epox 8rda+ Ver1.0 Chipset: nForce2 VGA: Nvidia 6600GT I might try similiar setup, same games, different system ?? Ok, does this help. Output from mplayer when playing anything with audio "[AO OSS] audio_setup: driver doesn't support SNDCTL_DSP_GETOSPACE :-( [AO OSS] *** Your audio driver DOES NOT support select() *** Recompile MPlayer with #undef HAVE_AUDIO_SELECT in config.h !" Fixed for 10.1-rc1. |
