OOo crashes immediately when you select Toos/Package Manager...

It is 100% reproducible with the package based on src680_m148 sources and ooo-build-src680.148. Tested on SL 10.1-alpha4/preview2.

fixed, caused by pipe name confusion, updated patches/src680/speed-splash-ipc-name.diff to include common pipename accessor functionality
