IMHO we should add isdn to the Should-Start's

   # Should-Start: coldplug pcmcia isdn

to ensure that isdn hardware is really up.

The YOUpdate i spoke about in bug 131741 was "a little bit" delayed. I'm right now adding some aditional fixes. It will be ready this week.
