Configuration: korganizer with local file, SLOX and readonly groupwise source

Creating an appointment and saving it to SLOX.
- I have to approve twice that the appointment is saved to SLOX
- Sometimes korganizer will crash upon the second approval. 
- Sometimes the appointment will not appear in the SLOX web interface 
  (no error message in korganizer), even if not crashing during save. 
  Several crashes later, the appointment is then deleted from korganizer
  also.

I'm not fixing any more slox bugs, sorry.
