In Karm 1.5.1 on KDE 3.4.2 level b on suse 10.0.

Select file, import/export.
Select "Export History to CSV file"
In the resultant dialog box there is an option to select the time format as either a decimal value or as "hours:minutes." 
Select either option and the time values ALWAYS export as hours:minutes.
This is SO wrong!

please report to bugs.kde.org - we do not patch karm and it's not even part of our default installation, so we won't fix that bug (at least not as long as there are bugs in packages installed by default)
