After upgrading from beagle-0.1.4-3 to 0.1.4-6 I noticed that Best.exe was missing.  I waited until 0.1.4-10 came out before making this report but its missing from 0.1.4-10 as well.

This is intentional, its been replaced by the "holmes" tool which has now been pushed up stream.  We should make sure we put holmes in "plus" now though.

the new ui (beagle-search) is now in the beagle package
