I have a Dell GX520 desktop with i915. Right after installation (beta3) the kmix has a red "disabled" sign. If I logout/login, the kmix is muted, and volume sliders are at 0 for master, headphones and PCM. After unmuting and moving the sliders, it works fine. This is the kind of stupid bug that makes it to the final release and causes a lot of traffic on suse-linux-e. So it would be nice to be fixed before goldmaster. :-) I think that https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=146289 might be related. |
