dovecot version shipped with SUSE is very,very old.

newer versions have more features.

latest version is v1.0 beta2,is the recommended version, and the developer is offering a EUR 1000 cash reward to the first person who find a security bug on it.

Im sure novell will never ever offer a EUR 1000 cash reward if the code is not production quality :-)
