Click on "Ajouter" then select "Specifier l'URL"
Add some text in and click on ok.
An error message appears.

Won't be translated.

The error message originates from the shell command that was  
executed here. It is most likely a GLIBC message. It is a subject for 
neverending discussion if it is really useful to translate that kind of 
messages. Also, for various reasons shell commands are normally called with a 
"C" locale to avoid side effects.

3. Click on "Add" and then on "Specify URL"
4. Add some text in and click on ok
5. An error message appears

Actual result: text is not translated
