In the panel on the left expand "desktop" link
Select an entry from the list that is shown
The text on the right hand side of the screen is not localised

Untranslated Text - System - /etc/sysconfig Editor

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select "System"
2. Select "/etc/sysconfig Editor"
3. In the panel on the left expand "desktop" link
4. Select an entry from the list that is shown
5. The text on the right hand side of the screen is not localised
Expected result: all text is translated
Actual result: text is not translated

Checked on French SuSE Beta 4. Not a Bug.
