Untranslated text in 'DNS Server'

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open up Yast & select ' Network Services'
2. Select 'DNS Server'(may need CD4 to install packages) & enter IP address & add & click next.
3.In 'DNS Zones' window add 'example.com'
Expected Result: All text should be translated
Actual Result: The 'Save Setting & Reload DNS Server Now' button is untranslated -see screenshot

Same for Japanese, SL10.1, Beta1

String has changed and is in the latest dns-server.po files. Should be ok in Beta2. Please verify.
