Click on Restore System
Select the "Peripherique Amovible" radio button
The "Selectionner" radio button is now enabled
Click on "Selectionner"
An error message appears
A selection dialog should appear here that allows you to choose a file

Functionality of Select button - System - System Restoration

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select "System"
2. Select "System Restoration"
3. Select the "Removable Device" radio button
4. Click on the "Select" button
5. An error message appears
6. A selection dialog should appear here that allows you to choose a file
Expected result: A selection dialog appears
Actual result: an error message appears

You must have a floppy disk in the drive for this to work. Or some other removable media.
