Untranslated Text - System - System Services (Runlevel)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select "System"
2. Select "System Services (Runlevel)
3. Then select the "Expert Mode" radio button
4. The descriptions are not translated
5. The text in the panel below the descriptions is also not translate
Expected result: All text is translated
Actual result: text is not translated

Hi Karl, these looks to be coming from the shell script files in /etc/init.d/*.*.

I'm presuming these will never be translated but just checking with you?

Checked in French Beta 4. Will not Fix.
