YaST control centre_ Monitor_Display size tab contains untranslated text

Steps to reproduce:
Install Suse 10.1.
Open the K Menu and select the "System" option.
From the sub menu select the "YaST (Kontollzentrum)/ YaST (Control Center)"
option.

YaST control center launches.
Choose "Hardware" from the left hand pane, and click "Graphics card and Monitor
/ Grafikkarte und Monitor.
Choose the "Keyboard / Tastatur"  option.
Go to the Layout tab.

Click the "Change / Andern" button.
Go to the "Display size / AzeigegroBe" tab.
Expand the "Diagonal / Diagnole" drop down.

Expected Result: All strings should be translated.

Actual Result: Dropdown contents and other strings are untranslated. See screenshot.

Hi Karl, I cant locate the source of the country names here. Will these be translated?

Layout seems to be translated as "Layout"; in YaST we are using "Tastaturbelegung".

I'm not sure about the country names.  In country.de.po (part of yast) they are translated.  Do you use special resources, Marcus?  Some kind of iso-* package?

the translation has been included yesterday. Unfortunately too late
for beta4.

Nothing has changed in RC1. All the country names are still in English.

The country,keyboard-name and variant strings within the combo box are obtained
from the library named libxkbfile and because of the fact that these strings
are not translated the english names are used here.
Everything else is translated completely

we are still discussing whether translations for the country names should
be part of libxkbfile or not. Additionally we are talking about the
keyboard names like "Generic 105-key (Intl) PC" these strings are as well
not translated

For 10.1 it is too late and I will mark this as an enhancement

Not fixed for ITA in bld RC3,reopening issue

this reports comes to late therefore it has been fixed for the next
version. This I have already said in comment #9 next version means 10.2

Closing -new bug#364591 logged for this issue
