Click on the "Mode Expert" radio button
Click on the "Demarrer/Arreter/Actualiser" button
Then select "Demarrer Maintenant"
A dialog then appears

The same thing happens when you click on "Actualiser l'etat"

1. Select "System"
2. Select "System Services"
3. Click on the "Expert Mode" radio button 
4. Click on the "Start/Stop/Refresh" button
5. Then select "Start Now"
6. A dialog then appears
7. The text in this dialog is not translated
Expected result: text is translated
Actual result: text is not translated

Checked in French beta 4. Closing as Not a bug.
