The yast apparmor control panel only looks for /subdomain/profiles to determine if apparmor is enabled. It needs to also check /sys/kernel/security/subdomain and (in beta 3 and beyond) /sys/kernel/security/apparmor.

A fix for this has been checked into autbuild for beta3
