It would have to check where grub was installed in order to make a preselection which it probably doesn't. Maby something for an enhancement. Bootloader config does not belong to me but Olaf Dabrunz. This is just a visual glitch. If you select the "install into the boot partition /dev/sdaX" and re-enter that page it checks the last checkbox and inserts the device name behind it. It should just notice that the "selected" partition is the boot partition (which it has to know at least because of the description of the second checkbox) adn chcek the second box. If you don´t understand the above (sorry explaining in english is sometimes a bit dufficult *g) just so what I wrote, you´ll see what I mean :) Still there with beta9 Fixed in openSUSE 10.3 |
