Description Jure Repinc 2006-01-29 13:58:35 UTC
I just started installing SUSE 10.1 Beta 1 for AMD64. In the first screen I selected Slovenian language and moved to the next steps. When I got to the part where I had to specify partitions and enter mount points I noticed that the keyboard isn't set to Slovenian layout but to English layout. If user selects Slovenian alnguage at the very beginning the keyboard layout should also be set to Slovenian.

Hello Jure,

at the beginning of the installation, you can set both language and keyboard-layout seperately. This makes sense because much users are using a certain language but prefer another keyboard-layout nontheless. Just select the right layout and it will work. I'll close this bug ;)

I can't remember to see any option to select keyboard layout at the beginnig of installation. Anyways, I now installed Beta 2 from the very beginning and now the correct Slovenian keyboard layout is set an works as it should even when setting mount points. Thanks.
