Untranslated text in 'Host Name' option

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open up Yast & select 'Network Services' tab
2. Select 'Host name' option
Expected Result: All text should be translated
Actual Result: There is untranslated text in left hand pane -see screenshot

network.de.po is in translation and should be in for Beta 4.
