Description Ronny Bremer 2006-01-31 15:09:37 UTC
This first happened with beta 2.

During the installation, my monitor was not detected, even though in beta 1 it was. I am using a NVIDIA GeForce 6800 card with a ViewSonic LCD monitor. Looks like EDID information was ignored completely.

Closing old LATER+REMIND bugs as WONTFIX - if you still plan to work on it, feel free to reopen and set to ASSIGNED.

In case the report saw repeated reopen comments, it's due to bugzilla timing out on the huge request ;(
