Description Uwe Gansert 2006-02-02 10:08:35 UTC
I have created a software RAID1 with an LVM on it that contains /opt and /usr with reiserfs and swap. The root partition is not inside the RAID/LVM.
YaST seems to do everything right but then, when I want to boot the machine,
the fschk failed for a non-root partition (/opt and /usr) and I have to enter the root password to do a manual check.

Can you check whether you're not hitting bug #147366?
Comment 2 Uwe Gansert 2006-02-02 10:38:23 UTC
/ is mounted as the first partition.
I did a single RAID and a single LVM installation successfully but LVM on RAID fails.
The mounting that yast does looks good for me.

There have been some errors with the md boot script, but they should have been fixed by now.
