Description Siegfried Olschner 2006-02-02 15:36:38 UTC
I do not know the technical background, but I think there is a better solution for this behavior.

A left-click onto the zen-updater icon will start the "check for updates" procedure. If no updates are available a message will pop up. User can close this message box via Close or "X".

If I set a double click I will get two message boxes, and I have to close two boxes manually.

If the system is slow or there is some delay and I click 6 times, I assume, that I will get 6 message boxes.

I would prefer only one message box - and after a second click there is only a refresh of the content of this box - if no updates are available. But always only one message box should be visible.

And BTW: After opening 16 message boxes I was not longer able to close one of them. ..... But wait, aah, I have to close by rank, (15).(14).(13)...

Reassigning to the zen-updater daimyo.

This is fixed in svn and will be available for the next beta release.
