If in Control Center -> Desktop -> Behaviour "Menubar at top of screen" is activated (whether desktop menu bar or mac os style application menu bars doesn't make a difference), the menu bar is misplaced, see attached screenshot.

KDE default install, new user.

If you can't reproduce it, I _think_ the problem only appeared when I added applets to the menubar. Removing all applets now doesn't help, though.

It's 100% reproducible here - with bookmark menu
