Description Médéric Boquien 2006-02-04 14:06:30 UTC
The DejaVu font is a derivative of Bitstream Vera (original Vera glyphs are left unchanged), with a *much* more complete unicode coverage, it covers most latin, greek and cyrillic scripts. It is also under very active development and the contributors are reactive. DejaVu also incorporated the SuSE fonts a long time ago.
I think opensuse should be shipped with DejaVu instead of Vera as DejaVu is a large superset of Vera. Here is the URL the DejaVu site: http://dejavu.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Main_Page

Thanks,

Médéric
