wine does not dstart on fresh beta3 install, since /media/ is empty
and a marcus-magic script does not handle this case.

First fix checked in.

the problem is left that WINE might not recognize the CD drives at all thanks to new HAL.

upstream fixed for wine 0.9.13... too late for 10.1 though.
