Description Nils Becker 2006-02-09 16:51:18 UTC
I updated pybliographer using the above package and now it does not start
anymore.

As I gathered from the pyblio mailing list, pybliographer 1.2.7 requires
python-bibtex 1.2.2, available from the same authors. SuSE 10.0 is bundled
with python-bibtex 1.2.1, and version 1.2.2 is not available in the
supplemetary GNOME update at present.

I suggest to set the corresponding dependency in the RPM and to provide the
missing package...

Even better: since pyblio 1.2.8 is out, one could update both :)

The openSUSE product in Bugzilla is only for problems with the openSUSE wiki or with Bugzilla itself. Please reassign to correct product/component.
Comment 2 Michael Gross 2006-02-09 17:15:20 UTC
Nils: Please correct the component and version first.
Comment 3 Gary Ekker 2006-03-07 20:54:49 UTC
assigning to package maintainer.

- Require python-bibtex version >= 1.2.2 and python-gtk version >=
  2.4.0; reported by Nils Becker [# 149594].

-------------------------------------------------------------------

I will update the package to 1.2.8 or better after 10.1.
Comment 6 Karl Eichwalder 2006-08-03 07:19:19 UTC
