Invalid! "lshal | grep formfactor" will return 'unkown' on the first boot from CD. Problem seems to be the not loaded battery module. See for this #149976 *** Bug 149976 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** some more information in the duplicate, it is an installation problem. i will reopen this, because this have the logs included .... I had a bug in Beta 3 where the formfactor information was not used and instead has_pcmcia was used as a fallback. As you can see, has_pcmcia returns false. yast2-network-2.13.21 uses formfactor. Ok, does this mean that there are more yast2-modules that still use has_pcmcia instead of the hal formfactor? Packages.ycp has it. why? file a new bug if necessary. |
