So - I have a valid rug source setup - and it appears to work but rug sl doesn't show the URI:

michael@linux:/usr/src/packages> sudo rug sl

Fixed, the yum module was rewritten. It didn't show the URL before because it was a sort of meta service - it would add all enabled yum repositories from standard yum repo files.
