If you configure the first time scpm via the yast module and finish the installation the dialog for the scpm database (which create the default profile) is on 100% and the last service is ypbind, but the button is never enabled. So the user can't finish the configuration process.

Please attach /var/log/YaST2/* ;)
Danny: When reporting YaST issues, the logfile(s) are virtually always needed.
