Are you reporting this for version 10.0? Please don't use bugzilla for information about version updates, as the maintainer ordinarily keeps track of it. Write a mail instead: werner@suse.de (In reply to comment #1) > Are you reporting this for version 10.0? No, this was for Suse 10.1. > Please don't use bugzilla for information about version updates, as the > maintainer ordinarily keeps track of it. Write a mail instead: werner@suse.de Ok Status=RESOLVED/FIXED means Suse 10.1 will ship with ksh93r, right? No that means that in bugzilla we handle bugs only. Suggested version updates due to a problem that is caused by the current version als also handled here. If you want to remind the maintainer of a new version, you still can write him a mail, in that case, as mentioned werner@suse.de. If you have a request for a package that is not part of the installation yet, there is the package wishlist at opensuse.org: http://en.opensuse.org/Package_Wishlist I will update after 10.1 is released. This because such an update has to be tested and the test/beta time is already gone for 10.1. Beside this even if I would update, I'm pretty sure that the product manager wouldn't accept this for 10.1, because without longer test/beta time our policy forbids new packages without reasons like security or real bugs (stability over version numbering or new features). The ksh93r is now included in 10.1. |
