Description Karl Eichwalder 2006-02-21 09:31:08 UTC
Why is yelp or the Gnome help system that ugly on SUSE Linux?

yelp starts with 7 Help Topics plus this strange not working
"SUSE Help Center" link. Inside of the "Help Topics" you
will find mixed entries pointing to Gnome and KDE programs. I'd
like to see these separated... Starting with "Games" is funny ;)

According to the scrollkeeper docs, there are categories, subcatagories,
etc. Did we patch yelp in a way that it does not make use of these
categories? Or is yelp simply incomplete at the moment?

Yelp uses DocPath now like KDE. The SUSE Help Center link is fixed. We no longer start with games because the categories have be altered. The tree mimics the menus which is what khelpcenter does in the applications menus sections. Getting the suse manuals in this list is being covered on the mailing list.
