It remains up and ifplugd keeps running, but the v4 addresses are flushed. If you want to put it down completely you have to call 'ifdown <iface> -o rc' or rcnetwork stop <iface>. I'm not sure if i can change this by now. I'll have a look. Its a change from previous behaviour, not sure if it was an intended change. No, there was no change. ifdown <iface> without options did never take down an interface completely which has STARTMODE=ifplugd. Dirk, please try sysconfig from mbuild/oran-zoz-19. |
