Description Lukas Ocilka 2006-02-23 09:18:52 UTC
Ralf Flaxa asked for some pieces of information to get officially known
The simplest way would be to add them into the release notes:
- zen-upadter replaces SuSEWatcher applet for both KDE and GNOME
- automatic update (yast2 online_update in cron) is replaced with 'rug'
- and maybe also: new tool web-updater

thanks

there is already bug 147524 ; I'm going to enhance it as follows:

   <title>Updating Software Packages Using Catalogs</title>

<para>For automatic updating use <command>rug</command> which replaces the

I propose:

Please mention ZENworks updater first and mark the "Online Update" as alternative.
