The scons package currently includes a man page, but not the user's guide. For people who don't know scons to get started, having the user's guide as well would be nice.

The user's guide is available here in various formats:

Single-page HTML is probably easiest to handle. The file is 488 KB, but only 66 KB bzip2'd, so it should not bloat the package too much.
