Currently there is no information about what caused an "expansion error" in the web frontend. This information should be availlable to do reasonable debugging of packaging problems.

yop this happenned to me too while testing some spec that builded fine on this box in y2pmbuild, additionally this freezed the other build of the same package (10.0 build had an expension error and factory hanged)that showed as building for the whole night...

The backend has to provide this; assigned to mls. Assign to me when the backend is ready.
