noarch package arent dealt with in any spacial way and get rebuitt for all archithecture

Add an architecture in the list called noarch and when a package use BuildArch : noarch it build only in there, else this arch doesn't get built ?

this could be a selectable target or one that automaticly get attached too all project ?
