when a package is marked as sucessfull and you want to trigger a rebuilt, package  marked as sucessfull should not be rebuilt unless their release or version tag changed, also include a way too actually force the rebuilt of whole repositorie (actual bahevior) and of single package. while having the main "right in your face rebuilt button" only rebuilt whats needed. this shouldnt affect auto-rebuilt

So you want a way to only trigger the rebuild of failed packages?

yep problematic and failed package

but some condition might require complete rebuilt so it should still be doable
