Could you also attach logfile of nonworking Xserver configuration, i.e. with color depth 24 and Videoram line commented out? Thanks. When screen goes blur (no matter console or X server) the system seems to be working. As it is not usable I simple reboot it. I'm enclosing the log. Created attachment 71020 [details]

Just in case: I booted in init 3 and copied it.
Sure, that you need the Videoram line also for 16bit? Without Videoram line at 16bit runs OK. Thanks. I think we should configure 16bit as default as we did before 10.0. fixed for Beta8. |
