on a beta 6 system with current zmd*rpm rug.rpm and libzypp.rpm from autobuild the service add does not work:

# rug sa --type=yum    http://dist.suse.de/factory/suse "factory"
FEHLER: Hinzufügen von'http://dist.suse.de/factory/suse' nicht möglich: Cannot 
find the specified file

AJ found out that I did still use the old backend. He suggested to remove it from the build system to avoid this in future.

It seems to work now, if OOM killer will not kill parse-metadata process (600MB used, system heavily swapping)

Right, XML metadata parsing is a memory hog :-(
But that's probably another bug ...
