I added the factory repository as a source in YAST2 Installation Sources. It was added as the second module, I moved it up to the first position and clicked on OK.

Restarting the Installation Sources module again has the original (default) order, the user changed order is not saved.

Hmm, I'm not authroised to see 150237...

Just an update this is still happening in YaST in Beta 8.

This is still happening in GM.150237 is not visible to me...

It's not possible to change the order in 10.2, the order in the table doesn't have any meaning.
