When I log in as "tom" and try to edit this spec-file: 
http://build.opensuse.org/package/edit_spec?package=swamp&project=swamp
I get the message: 
"Permission denied on package write file".

The user tom is in the role "maintainer" of both the project and the package. 
Changing specfile as "Admin" works.
