Another note: The installation was done on a Thinkpad T41p, kernel-default should have been the prefered kernel. Some tpctl + kmp packages, that seem to be exclusive to Thinkpads / laptops have been installed in -smp flavour only. I'm seeing the same thing on SLED 10 beta 7 with a T42p, as have several others in this office today. I think this is a dup of bug 156513. The tpctl + smp bug was fixed today. I'm still seeing this on SLED 10 beta 8 (build 790) with a T42p. Created attachment 73106 [details]
