Description Christian Boltz 2006-03-08 17:40:45 UTC
When switching the KDE background image, I noticed that some images (especially the "SUSE Default Wallpaper") were listed as
    SUSE Default Wallpaper 4:3
    SUSE Default Wallpaper 4:3 (1)
    SUSE Default Wallpaper 4:3 (2)
    SUSE Default Wallpaper 4:3 (3)
    ....

It seems there are several images for different resolutions - but you can't tell which one to choose for your resolution from the dropdown entries.

The better solution would be:
    SUSE Default Wallpaper 4:3 (1024x768)
    SUSE Default Wallpaper 4:3 (1280x1024)
    SUSE Default Wallpaper 4:3 (1400x1050)
    ....

BTW: There are also some "Default SUSE Wallpaper" for 16:10 and 16:9 images in the menu - you should group them together under one name.

Stephan, please put .desktop files side by side - and make sure they are translatable :)

Updated desktop-data-* and kdebase3 are submitted.
Comment 4 Christian Boltz 2006-12-21 01:12:55 UTC
In 10.2 final, the resolution is shown for the (open)SUSE wallpapers correctly. The different sizes of an image are also grouped.

-> VERIFIED

Thanks for fixing!
