Description Holger Hetterich 2006-03-09 11:49:43 UTC
How to reproduce:
download a large ogg-vorbis-video file, like from http://en.opensuse.org/FOSDEM2006

View the file with totem, and wait about 2 minutes.

Audio and Video are not in sync any more, more specifically while Audio keeps current, Video lags 1-2 seconds behind.

Not experiencing the same in kaffeine.

What if you use gstreamer010 and the new totem here:

Sorry I was out of time to test gstreamer 0.10

Although NLD10-Beta8 contains gstreamer 0.8.11 and not 0.10, I don't get the sync problems anymore, meaning Video and Audio are now in sync.

So I consider that as FIXED for 10.1 too, as it's the same codebase.
