Description Dirk Mueller 2006-03-09 16:15:57 UTC
trying to activate my wireless device, it requests for installation of ipw-firmware, clicking ok does not show an error message, though installation was unsuccessful.

The package installed fine on an SLED 10 beta7. It seems that it's just not available in the SLP install sources for 10.1 beta7 (which happen to be CD1-5 directories, not one DVD1 directory).

With the package from the NLD install sources it works just fine.
Comment 3 Dirk Mueller 2006-03-10 16:26:35 UTC
indeed, ipw-firmware was missing from installation media.. ok, this is a minor bug then.

There have been more missing packages reported.
