I think we don't need the "back" and "next" buttons in the relase_notes module on an installed system. 
So can you add a "magic" that skips displaying these buttons if YaST is not in installation mode?

the whole module is written for the wizard style of the installation - so for running it independently we create a dummy wizard.

I think it is possible to change that, but I have no idea what it would take.
So ... later ...
