Step 
1.Install with Traditional Chinese Language.
2.Login with User1 for GNOME.
3.Slect the AP (gtkam ,GIMP,Gwenview,Kview,Grip ,Gnome CD/DVD Creator, Kscd,Noatun,Krec,KMidi,Kaboodle,Ark,KGpg,Kalarm,Karm,gpsdrive,Kmouth,KSnapshot,
mouse&Toolbars,KDE edit,KHex edit,Kandy,KEduca,KGeography,KTouch,Gambas,Devhelp,
Kiten,KLatin,Kletters,Kbabel,KbugBuster,Kdat,KCron.Gnome Console,Gnome  Meeting,Gnome Configuraton Editor,Gnome Pilot,Kpackage,KUser,Quanta Plus, KPPP )

Expected Result:
The Help of AP should be Traditional Chinese.

Actual Result:
The Help of AP is still English.

Do we offer these GNOME translations?  Is this a software defect?  Re-assigning to the developers for checking.

This should be mostly resolved in beta 8 with more fixes in beta 9.

Mostly resolved assuming the translations for these apps actually exist that is.

Unfortunately we rely on upstream for specific app translations.
