Description Marcus Schaefer 2006-03-13 11:52:50 UTC
I started a new installation of SuSE Linux 10.1 Beta7 and
run into the following problem:

- If for whatever reason a package yast wants to install
is not available on the installation media yast complains
that this package was missing and offers to Abort the installation
or to skip the package. If you click on "Skip" the installation
process ends and leaves the system in an undefined state which I
do not expect I would expect the package to be skipped and the
  next package should be installed.

In addition this means if there is a for example a damaged package on
the media the installation cannot be done with YaST because skipping
this package is not possible even if it's a harmless package
