1.Login with user1 to Gnome.
2.Select the Development  Application--
  Icemon,KRPMBuilder,DDD,KDbg,KDevelop Assistant,Qt Assistant,
  KDevelop Designer,Kommander Editor,Qt Designer,Kdevelop:C/C++,
  Kdevelop:KDE/C++,Kdevelop:Multilanguage,Kdevelop:Ruby,Kdevelop:Scripting,
  KCachegrind,OProfile,KUIViewer,Umbrello,Cervisia,kdesvn,KDiff3,Kompare,
  Qt Linguist

Expected Result:
The AP should be Traditional Chinese.

Actual Result:
The AP is still English.

Hi Karl, I think this is the same as the graphics applications. These development applications are outside the scope of localisation for SuSE10.1. If they are to be translated we would need the resources for them.
